Hello, folks. I am thinking of changing some diet habits, but I am not sure whether to be radical or not. The thing is that I am having a dilemma whether to become a vegan or a vegetarian. What do you think? What is better for woman? I would really like to hear what you think. Thanks in advance.
Hi, there. I am not sure what to tell you. I am against radical diets. Vegans exclude all animal products. I think it is important for a woman to have some animal products. Vegetarians are not so strict. And even if you decide for veganism, make slow transition. Start with some milder forms and then later you can transit to veganism. Maybe you won’t like it.
