Yes she could very much get pregnant. Precum is a very rare semen to cause a pregnancy but it still can happen. She needs to get a pregnancy test and take it about 3 - 5 weeks after your unprotected sex. Because there still is the IF factor. Let me know how it goes!!!! I hope this helps you out some!!!!! :-D
