i am 30 years old and i have unprotected sex with girls who i don't know before. after 4 weak i got fluid from pines and then i go to clinic and clinician give me combination of medication metronidazole, doxycycline and cprofloxaciline for seven days and fluid stopped and konw i have burning sensation on my scrotum what can i do ? what is next step? what is really the disease is ?

Did the clinician take a sample of the fluid and analyze it?
It is fairly safe to assume you have an STD. Exactly what, I can't say. They are really giving you an assortment of medications.
You need to go back and be tested. You likely still have an STD.
