I can understand you very well. Most of the people who had never experienced those annoying symptoms of allergies often say that it is no big deal and that it is not life treating. I agree, but I would like to see them live like this for a few days. I also use Vancenase in the form of the nasal spray. Usual dosage for adults is 1 to 2 inhalations in each nostril 2 to 4 times a day. I take 2 inhalations in each nostril every 8 hours. It really eases the symptoms.
