Hi,
It means that your lung tissue appears fibrous, Basically the lung tissue is scarred and stiff.
"Cannon rule out PTB" means you may have pulmonary tuberculosis.
You need further testing. Scar tissue is permanent. A sputum analysis may be required as well.
