Hi, I am 24 years old and I am getting tired of dealing with my pollen allergy. At first, I did not want to take meds, I though that getting rid of all the weed and grass in my backyard will do the trick, but that was highly ineffective. I mean, there are plants everywhere, not just around my house. So, can you help me, what over the counter drugs to buy for pollen allergy?
I know what you mean. I even moved from my neighborhood because of the many weeds and trees but it did not help. Eventually, I had to start with meds, corticosteroids first. I use local ones, so I don't have to deal with side effects. You can also try with antihistamines and cromolin sodium. Still, the best thing would be to go to doctor first and see what he has to say.
