Ok so I started taking Adipex a while ago and I have lost 70 pounds. I need to lose 80 more to get to my target weight. Now up until now just lowering what I eat has been working for me. Now I cant lose anymore and I need to start exercissing. But I cant get motivated to exerciss everyday but I am to the point where I want to lose the rest of my weight so I dont have to struggle with my weight anymore. Can you suggest any work out plan that you do that works and is easy to stay motivated? or What should I do exerciss wise because I have a tredmill and its nice weather now. Or how do you stay motivated to lose weight? thanks!
