I think have hit puberty because because I can ejaculate and I have thick long dark hairs growing above my penis and a few hanging off of my sack. The problem however is that my penis is very thin and not very long. I also have lots of upper lip hair and I'm starting to get small black hairs growing on my chin even tho I have no armpit or ass hair. Pls tell me what stage of puberty I am in as I'm 15 and I think I am behind.
