There is lots of talking lately about supplements for body building. I am intending to take something but I don't want any hormones or something similar which may destroy my health. I would like to take some supplements which will make my body to look better and also make me feel better.

Hi, I have similar training philosophy as you do. I refused to take hormones which will make my muscles to grow faster but may coast me health. I am using proteins for my muscle mass and creatine to improve my muscle strength. Sometimes I use fat burner to reduce my body fat. Also i am using glucosamine sometimes to recover my joints after hard trainings.
