I would like to know what the procedure is to have the water removed in my testicle(hydroseal)
Well, I really should defer to an urologist, but here's what happens.
First, it's not water, but a clearish fluid that we refer to as water as opposed to blood.
Second, it's trapped inside one of several membrane sacks that line the inside of the scrotum.
During a hydrosealectomy, a slice is made in the scrotum and the lining is turned inside out, then tacked to the walls of the scrotum.
This keeps from having a pocket to collect the fluid.
I understand that with a simply draining, probably by a needle, the fluid simply returns. So many feel this is pointless.
Again, I'd really suggest that you talk with a urologist for his opinion on how this happens.
