i play football on a sunday, and rarely have time to do excercise before hand during the week, so i need some tips on what to do just before the match, a few hours before the match, and maybe the night before

what i currently do is;

eat plain cereals that contain no added sugar or chocolate (usually weetabix)
banana about 1hr before the game
a few press ups/sit ups early in the morning
and sometimes a 10min jog via wii fit
lucozade sport before and during game
small chocolate bar at half time

anything i can add to help me
