no its not bad because as long as you are staying healthy and eating right and getting the proper workouts you should be fine. I also 13 and I am 140 and Im 5'0 but I am healthy. Most of my weight is muscle so maybe your's is too.

I would think 90-120, but if you are over or under this don’t worry! Different people have different body types, we are at the stage where most of us still even have baby fat and it’s totally fine! As long as your healthy and happy.
