Okay, so I had unprotected sex a little over a week ago. Now for the past three days I've been spotting and cramping. Also my boobs are super swollen and sore. I am on the pill but this is only my second month taking the packs back to back without taking the sugar pills. Am I just being paranoid or do you think it's something else?
If your new to taking the pill you can get some spotting, and taking the pill can cause soreness of the breasts, but if your paranoid a pregnancy test would be best!
