Yes it comes back. It may sound crazy now, but think of how you felt during the first few days, now think about how much better you feel (as long as you really have been off for three weeks).
Remember it will be over, each minute is a baby step towards improvement.
Fatigue is/was always weird for me. The first few days I would have lots of nervous energy, then I'd get over that and just be so tired and blah. Then after about a week since the last dose I would notice the energy really starting to come back.
