I want to know when is the ovulation taking place, before periodor after? do you feel anything when you are inthe process of ovulation?

Ovulation occurs in the middle. Basically (if you have a regular 28 day cycle (meaning from one period to the next period is 28 days) it starts on day 14. Count from the FIRST day of your period. The average ovulation day is the 14th day of the 28 day cycle, but this can vary from woman to woman.
So you feel anything during the ovulation like cramps or pains?

You can feel some cramping or even have some light spotting when you ovulate.
The range of when most women ovulate is from about day 11 to day 16 of their cycle, day 1 is when your period starts.
I had unprotected sex with a girl 8 days after she got her depo shot and she got it within 7 days of the start of her period i believe day 7 to be exact am I ok?
