The reason why it hurt her is because you have no control over how deep you entered her if you penis is that big, the vagina is only around 3 inches deep before arousal and will expand to around 6 after she is sexually aroused if your trying to get 9 inches in then sure it's going to hurt specially with force because it's probably pushing the cervix and hitting an ovary. Just reading up on this am I have the same problem. I found information stating that this can happen when you have a retroverted uterus. This is when it is tilted into the pelvis. from what I can remember from one of my ultrasounds one doctor mentioned this. Although they didn't offer up that this could be causing it. Sometimes after child birth the uterus can change shape. You can also be born with it. For me the pain started after my first child.
If it's only happened since child birth then I would say that has probably been the major cause and the straining and pushing could of caused a slight prolapse to occur, is it painful for you to have intercourse in any position or just missionary position?
