When is stunted growth seen in Aarskog-Scott syndrome?

I saw a documentary about kids with Aarskog-Scott syndrome last week, and some of the things they said reminded me of my own daughter, who is definitely short for her age and sometimes slow to respond to others. So, when is the stunted growth associated with Aarskog-Scott syndrome seen in children?
