I was wondering this, so calculated the answer tracking everything I did for Monday-Thursday (yes, it's a slow day at work). My findings:
Commute 4%
Doctor 1%
Eat 2%
Errand 2%
Friends/Family 3%
Groom/Dress 6%
Lift 1%
Run 5%
School 10%
Sleep 34%
Work 33%
I often multitask, for instance I eat breakfast while working so that fell under Work. A few days this week I ate at my desk or while commuting. I was still very surprised at where my time went, particularly with the Groom/Dress category (all those post workout showers ). How do you stack up?

Dude. I think you need to list this in the "Why I'm a geek thread."
You spent over 10 hrs. grooming this week?
/not a mathlete. Calculations could be wrong.

You spent over 10 hrs. grooming this week?
Not a full week, only 4 days. 5.75 hours. That also includes changing into workout clothes. Still a ridiculous amount of time.
Where are your riff raffing percentages?
Looped into Work!

according to Linkin Park, it goes out the window!
"Watching time go, right out the window"

The Langoliers eat it.
I thought this was about the space/time continuum and the true nature of time.
I see no entry there for searching, cataloging, purchasing and organizing your Beatles music collection. Methinks you misrepresent yourself.

John Cougar Mellencamp
A million young poets
Screamin' out their words
To a world full of people
Just livin' to be heard
Future generations
Ridin' on the highways that we built
I hope they have better understanding
Check it out
Goin' to work on monday
Check it out
Got yourself a family
Check it out
All utility bills have been paid
You can't tell your best buddy that you love him
So check it out
Where does our time go
Check it out
Got a brand new house in Escrow
Check it out
Sleepin' with your back to your loved one
This is all that we've learned about happiness
Check it out
Forgot to say hello to my neighbors
Check it out
Sometimes I question my own behavior
Check it out
Talkin' about the girls that we've seen on the sly
Just to tell our souls we're still the young lions
So check it out
Gettin' to drunk on saturdays
Check it out
Playin' football with the kids on sundays
Check it out
Soarin' with the eagles all week long
And this is all that we've learned about living
This is all that we've learned about living
A million young poets
Screamin' out their words
Maybe someday
Those words will be heard
By future generations
Ridin' on the highways that we built
Maybe they'll have a better understanding
Check it out
Hope they'll have a better understanding
