This has been going on for at least a couple months now. I have constant pressure on my forehead, around eyes, and feeling of fullness and sensitivity in my ears. I have taken antibiotics, allergy meds/ allegra, have had a catscan of my sinuses which came out clear, I have even taken a low dose of antidepressants. Nothing has worked! I am very frustrated and now off to the next specialist to check my allergies. I don't have any drainage or sneezing! Any ideas??
Hello there. Exactly the same thing happened to me. I had a persistent pain in my forehead, in the back of my head, and sometimes in my ears. Like my whole head was under pressure. I went to see my doc and she told me she could see the swollen sinuses and referred me to do the x-rays, but these came out clear, like in your case. The ENT sent me to maxillofacial unit, where I was told the underlying cause of all the pain is my jaw. I would never tell. I knew my jaw was like “clicking” from time to time, mostly when I was eating or chewing a gum, I was aware that the jaw joint was damaged but I could never guess that it could cause such headaches and whatnot. Have you ever felt some of these? Has anything similar happened?

I also have never felt the allergy reactions, my sinuses never seemed to be inflamaed (that’s why I was surprised when the doc said my sinuses area was swollen) and I was never sneezing or had a runny nose.
If you ever decide to check your jaw out, I would like to know if my suggestions helped in discovering the cause. Thanks and good luck.
