What are the most common nutritional styles? 

I want to chnage my eating style while i am still young. I am diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and i want eat as healthy as possible to increse my chances of staying healthy. 

So which nutritional style is the most healthy one? 

You never specify what kind of Autoimmune disease you were diagnosed with?

 

Nutrional styles or dietary changes are really body specific, not every diet will work for every body.  I have an autoimmune disease as well, Celiac disease so I am gluten-free for life I also limit my carbs and sugars as this as well attacks my intestinal track.

 

As your body is healing one type of style might be better than another right now and then later on changing again to another. 

 

I would love to hear some info from you to help you further if I can but remember sometimes your gastroenterologist, nutrionist or dietitician would be your best bet for these type of changes to determine which diet is best for your body.

Hi, 

Changing your nutritional habits based on your your medical condition is something you should really consult with your doctor. Depending on your disease there might be variations to your eating style. 

If you were thinking more about is vegan, vegetarian , or some other form of diet it's difficult to say which one is the healthiest.

I think you should focus more on eating healthy. Make your own nutritional style called "for healthy Olivia" and do some research on what is healthy and what not.  :)

Having a proper nutritional diet is always preferable whether the aim it to loose weight or maintain a healthy diet.Its advised to consult a for this purpose.
