I have the same problem but mine are covered in blood with a white middle and one even came out green I don't think this is normal.
I don't take macformin,but my poop is diaherria with white floating marble sized balls on top
I'm so glad to read that about okra. I'm on here trying to figure out why I had the little yellow white balls floating around tonight, and I definitely had a lot of okra at lunch today. Haha.

WOW. I'm so glad this forum is available. Even my DR didn't know what these capsules in my stool were. I've taken pictures of them and brought them in to show him. I had a fecal testing done; negative. I am taking 2 500mg ext release Metformin 2x a day. I've been taking Metformin for years; so weird it just started about 1 year ago. With all the testimonials on here and my history, it looks like you helped me solve my issue.
