When that happens to me I simply remove most of it with my cleansed finger while in the shower and several times during the day if needed. THis usually clears it up in a day. I also add the yogurt 2 times during a day (overnight too) if it persists.

I've had regular, steady discharge for about 12 years. It began even before my cycle started. It changes in amount/color/thickness with my cycle now, and occasionally has a sweet, almost buttery smell. Like you, I went looking for answers online whenever I had minor questions (anything serious should be addressed with a doctor) and I've been lucky to find knowledgeable & helpful individuals along the way. I've never had any infections or issues, and though it is annoying sometimes, I haven't ever really been alarmed about it. you said it comes back after sex? if sex is not lubricated enough or is too rough it can cause yeast infection. and some people are very prone to reoccuring yeast infections, you might be one of the really sensitive ones.

About a month ago I shaved everything ‘down there’ I didn’t like it so I ended up letting it grow back. So for a while I figured this excessive discharge was just cause by the irritation of the stubble. But it’s still happening, to the point where I have to change my underwear twice a day. It’s so embarrassing cause there’s ‘puddles’ (ew sorry) of white creamy discharge in my underwear ALL the time. Once i started my period in the 5th , i have always been wet ( well before i get on my period ) . Than when i had sex , it got worse . i though something was wrong , but when i talk to my aunt she said its natural . & kno that i read i see its normal . some just wetter than others .
