A little bit of white fluid came out of my penis after peeing and pooping for 5 minutes or so (I had a stomachache and a bit of diarrhea as well). It's most likely normal contentrated ejaculate/sperm. your testicles are producing sperms all the time. Usually it is evacuated without noticing. When you don't "please yourself" long (above 12 hours), sperm and some of the solvent that is necessary for ejaculation will be evacuated in greater volume.
