I am 16 and have had these white, pimple-shaped bumps on my penis for a long time-about 4 years I think. I am not and have never been sexually active so it cannot be an STD I don't think. They are all mainly near the base of the penis. I thought they would just go away after a while, but like I said, it's been about 4 years. I am wondering if it is anything to be concerned about or if I should just wait longer?
