Hey everyone,
Bit of a story for background:
A few weeks ago, the tip of my foreskin was dry, the skin became slightly hard and retracting the foreskin would cause some minor skin cracking. The skin usually healed after two days of "inactivity". In order to fight dry skin I applied some moisturizer for senstive skin. After a while the dry skin appeared to get better and the cracks stopped. The skin was still slightly hardened though and appeared "puckered" even when limp. Everything worked fine, no itching, burning, or pain.
Last Tuesday (About 10 days ago), my girlfriend and I were getting nice and erotic. She started to suck on it, then *ready yourselves boys* we heard a POP, I felt a sharp pain, she stopped what she was doing and I felt blood spurting from my equipment. We stopped the bleeding with pressure, and I had lingering pain (that still makes my spine shudder when I think about it), we took it easy and I figured I'd give it a day to see how it recovered on it's own.
It still hurt to touch or retract it so I couldn't see very clearly or clean it thoroughly, but through the blood stains I could see my "bowstring" (Frenulum) was torn (I'm uncut). Googling and stuff offered some information about frenulum breve, but I've never had a problem with it before (After 5 years of sexual activity).
The doctor took a look (Hurt like a sonofamothertrucker), said my bowstring snapped and that it would recover in 3-5 days. He prescribed Fucidin ointment (3-4 times daily until it's healed). I started it that day, and used it as prescribed for 4 days, the wound had healed by day 3 but I went an extra day just to be safe and prevent any infection. I have full usage of my equipment again (though he looks a little different) without any pain or tension or pulling.
The skin is no longer dry, but there is a white substance on my glans and in the foreskin folds on the inside. I know it's not smegma. I've washed it with warm water (avoiding soaps to prevent damage), and I can remove pieces of the substance by rubbing it off with a bit of pressure, but it seems like there's always more.
I don't know if this is just residue from the fucidin ointment (it has a slightly similar texture, sort of waxy) and if I should just soak it in warm water, or if it's some type of infection or bacterial build-up and if I should've continued using the fucidin for a bit longer. I know it's probably vague information to go off of but has anyone experienced something similar, was it fixable, and was it something serious?
The lack of pain, redness, irritation, and unusual odour makes me think I just need to soak it in some warm water and I really don't feel like going to a doctor and whipping it out just to hear it needs a bath.

once it's healed maybe try stretching the fore skin
