hey ummm......im 14 yrs old and i noticed i have a white dot or pimple or what eva it is to down there:/.
But i have no clue what it could be. Im worrried that it could be something bad but im not sure and im to scraced to mention anything to my mother.
Some of you guys that said you popped it like a pimple,.....do you think i should maybe try to do the same thing.
Well if you can try n hepl me out and maybe tell me what else i could do i would really appreciate it.

Believe it or not, I've had one for about 3.5 years. I left it alone until just today. It had gotten bigger and became painful. It was like an ugly whitehead. I soaked in a tub with a little epsom salts, got a serilized sharp needle, and pricked it. Dried myself well, then I put tri-antibiotic stuff on it, and kept the area as dry as humanly possible. I feel MUCH better, and it's staying down. I did what someone else did here, but I DON'T recommend this, but one of my doctor's had seen it already and didn't think it was a big deal and didn't even offer to lance it. Anyway, I'm a smiley little lady tonight! :-D

A lot of women get these bumps. You can't get them from shaving and having ingrown hairs, sweating and clogging the poors. My fiance (he's a guy) gets them sometimes because he works at an oil change shop and is always "adjusting" his damn balls....
I had a big one once....I kept bothering it and it grew to the size of a quarter. I am secxually active, and was scared it was warts. My doctor said it was a boil, she "lanced" it and drained it....
So a word of advice, if it's big and filled with liquid go in to see a doctor. I had to be on super strength antibiotics after she popped it, to prevent the poison in inside of the boil from making me septic. I agree with the previous posters, if you think anything is wrong with you downstairs, get that s**t checked out....

Just discovered two of these little things "down there" while showering. My being the OCD freak that I am, immediately began scrubbing, shaving everything around it to keep it "clean" and made my boyfriend inspect. He said he'd never seen anything like it, but that it definitely wasn't a wart, which made me feel a little better. Upon further self examination, I noticed it kind of got whiter the further I stretched the area, and kind of went away if I let go. Hmmm. This caught my curiosity, so I squeezed.. and out came a long string of clogged oil/sweat. Didn't smell or anything. I mean, it had a kind of "musky" smell but nothing overpowering. So I squeezed the second with the same result. It's just a whitehead! (WHEW!) I have never seen that before but it makes sense since I've gotten them other places and have a ton of blackheads on my nose and stuff... lucky me, I guess I'm an equal opportunity acne-sufferer hahaha.

about a year or half a year ago i had gotten rid of that very thing. hard white head on my labia majora. before that i had that damn thing for years. YEARS! i tried for years to get rid of the thing but it was too painful. I tried to pop it like a regular pimple but it refused. did i mention it was painful to try? cuz it totally was. when i took a sterilized needle to it, it was unbelievably painful but never really bled. so i lived with it forever.so long as i left it alone it didn't much bother me. but it looked ugly, for sure.
when another similar thing showed up i popped that. and what came out was not so much puss as it was a capsule of hard white something. like a Milia. so i hunkered down (after i showered), prepped the sterilized safety pin, tweezers, and appropriate alcohols and tissues for the cleaning of the wound, not to mention something to bite down on cuz this was painful, I'm not gunna lie. I lanced it best i could and tried to draw the puss out or break it up to make it easier to "pop". what i met with was some resistance that felt like a clump of hair i was tearing through. i used the tweezers to pull out what looked like a ropey mess of hairs (plural) and that hard Milia-like puss. its no wonder it wouldn't pop! It didn't come out all at once but with a little persistence i cleaned it out completely with tweezers, a needle, and finally "popping" the rest.
After that I took a bath and put on clean undies. recovery time was about half a day. now there is no sign the afflicted area ever existed. What I had was a Milium, I imagine. I would suggest you get a doctor to properly remove it or get your obgyn to diagnose it at least. but if its a milia, it's benign and nothing to be afraid of. it's just annoying at heck.

has anyone had anything on the inside of their anus?? i just got tested today and i should know by saturday if it is something like an STD or anything! But mine is the same as most everyones on here just white heads and only a small few they dont hurt at all and there is no pain of any sort and ive used protection, the people ive been with have all been clean! so thats why im wondering, i really hope that they are just pimples and not something serious!!

those slightly itchy white bumps are pimples. so they are filled with a little bit of puss , just like the ones on your face. the only way i have found to get them it to squeeze it out. it hurts but only for a second. a little bit of white puss should come out - like any zit- and the problem should go away. however if you have any serious concerns you should go see the dr. dont be embarrassed - they have seen far worse!

I also had the same thing, white pimple like bump on the inside of my labia majora... non irritating. I am a nurse who tried to squeeze it after sterilizing the area but, the skin was thickened over the bump, I ended up irritating the bump to the point where it became inflamed and over a period of 2 days had began draining. I decided it was time to seek medical attention.... turnes out it was a clogged pore or sweat gland. You really should see your family physican and probably will be placed on antibiotics as a precaution or to have it drained. If it is a hard lump chances are the contents are white and the consistancy of wax. Hope this has helped.

Hello ladies! I also have little white bumps on the lining of my outer labia. These are not raised and aren't seen unless you really look. I don't know if these are normal and would really like to get rid of them. Anyone have any helpful ideas?

It could be a sebaceous cyst. They aren't harmful in anyway, but you aren't supposed to pop them as that can cause infection.. If you want to know for sure, go to the doctor and they might even be able to drain them for you (although it is not necessary). My doctor told me that if they get infected or irritated to put some polysporin on them.. And washing the area with anti-bacterial soap helps.
There is also a chance that they could be ingrown hairs, especially if you shave that area.

About three weeks ago, I went to the gym. I worked out for about 3 hours, showered, and sat in the sauna for about 10-15 minutes. About 2 days after that, I realized these hard, somewhat white bumps. They don't hurt, they don't get irritated, but I'm starting to become pretty self conscious of it. I've only had sex with my boyfriend in the past three months, and I know he's been faithful to me. So I don't know what to do or say. I'll probably schedule a doc appointment this week. What is your feedback?
