This sounds like a cyst, I get them all the time. Some people are more prone to get them. It sounded like it got infected. If this continues to happen, they recommend antbiotics or to lanc it out.

I have one atm, years ago I had a few appear totally freaked me out, I went to a gum clinic and they reassured me it’s blocked sweat glands. Just need moisturise (nothing with too much perfume tho) and it’ll go in it’s own time. hope that helps. If in doubt go get it checked out.

It's literally acne. It you pop them, make sure you don't force them and wash afterwards. Clean underwear, loose fitting, cotton. It may be irritated if you do that and take up to 10 days to heal.

i had the same thing. there not warts there just difficult pimples. i popped mine with a needle cause they wouldnt pop on there own like a pimple.its just thick puss inside kinda like build up sweat monticules. its been a year since you posted that and im wondering if you figured it out and what you did?? my sister has the same thing but shes terrified of needles so idk how to help her.
