I have this too. a little different. I have been on birth control for 3years and for the past month I only bleed after sex. I get a gush for maybe and hour and then nothing until I have sex again. I get a pain on the one side of my pelvis too.
Hi caroleL. recently i have had this happen to me were every time i have sex i bleed for a few hours sometimes a day and am very worried about it. i too have pcos. Do you know if pcos can cause things like this to happen? I have an apointment next week with my gyni about my pcos but am too afraid incase its something worring, do you think its worth mentioning? thanks
Im on depo and it causes me to bleed right after sex. It will stop shortly after though. Any kind of birth control is not natural to the body. Birth control makes your body think that it is going through menopause no matter you age. You hair will fall out and your body will be different. Your body is trying to let you know that it does not like the birth control. Your body will show you signs when it does not like something that you put in it. Don't worry about it! Worrying that it is something bad will only bring bad stuff to you.....The law of attraction. Have you ever seen someone that didnt know that they were sick, then when they find out, they freak out and get really sick. Its because your brain is releasing bad chemicals that can throw your body off. If it ain't broke, dont fix it. :) Take Care.
I am having this problem too. i was worried cause this was happen last 2 months ago and i was little scared cause my boyfriend and i plan to get married soon and when were having sex it makes me feel bad when i thought both of us reach the orgasms and sudden we found out that i was badly bleeding i dont know why, i was scared cause i was thinking that maybe it can be one of the reason that i couldn't give birth.:( i thought this only happens to me..
i have been on depo prevera ( the shot) for over two years, never had any problems. now after I have had sex I was bleeding a small amout for a couple days, it would stop. and same thing again. I am very worried about it.

to be honest... i never had a problem but i DID have to get treated for clymidia once. I was treated and it went away and now i am clear i started bleeding almost everytime i have sex... so i went and got checked to see if i still had it and i was still clear but what i have noticed is i often suffer from BV (bacterial Vaginosis) which is very common in all women, its a bacterial infection in the cervix and when i was treated and cleared i noticed i stopped bleeding. Symptoms of BV can be smelly discharge or white discharge but most of the time i have it i dont even know until i bleed and get checked.... i bled for THREE WEEKS! Holy c**p that sucked!I hope that helps xx
