im a girl and i have had alot of abdominal pain for a while now, and it wont go away. i haven't been to my doctor because im to scared and i don't want my mum to find out. i am defiantly not pregnant. i haven't had a period in about 3 and half months and im worried about the effects it can cause on my body. and also my vaginal area has been having an off smell too and im really concerned for my body and i dont know what i should do??
