I have been experiencing twitches in my legs for a long time now. It happens when I am on my computer or laying down on my bed watching tv. Basically it happens when I am still and I am always still. I never get off my computer. I am almost on my computer 24 hours a day. I very rarely get off my computer and when I do it is to go to bed and watch tv. I never get outside and since school is done I really never get outside. I have only exercised maybe twice in the last month and that is only because I think I am over weight (170Lb at 5 foot 8) and when I was exercising I only worked on my legs once. I would only exercise for like 10 min, and the twitching was happening before I would do this. Sometimes I tend to hit my legs where it twitches because I think it is a blood clot so I think hitting them would prevent the blood from building up. It is hard not to do that because I have OCD. I think I also have ODD and ADD, but I know I have ADHD. I have been diagnosed with OCD and ADHD and I am on medication for that. If you need me to specify it please ask and I will.
I am 17 years old and will be 18 in August. I am a male.

I read that it may be a cause of low vitamin b, but I take a vitamin everyday with my pills. It use to be one a day men, but the pharmacy didn't have any when I ran out so I am taking a different one now. I have never done drugs, smoked or drink in my life. I am always thirsty but I go to the bathroom a little bit more then the average person and I personally think I might have diabetes because that is what my dad has and he takes his blood and takes incline every day. Sometimes I have trouble pooing and get constipated but that may because I don't eat fruit for a while, but I do love my fruits and vegetables.
I have been seeing a peadiatrition (I don't know how to spell it and Chrome wouldn't help neither, so another word I guess I could use is Pediatrics,I think) for a long time now, but since I am going to be 18 I wont be able to see her anymore. She is the one prescribing my medication. I also have anger management but my pills have really helped with that.
I have had problems with my heart. I think I was diagnosed with a heart murmur a long time ago when I was a kid. I think the doctor said my heart skips a beat. I do get pains in my heart sometimes and it feels really weird sometimes like a really big beat but with pressure and then it feels like it stops then starts beating again. I do get dizzy sometimes when I stand up, but I think that is because I stand up to fast, but I think I have also noticed that even when I stand up slow, I get dizzy. I also have troubles breathing sometimes and it is hard to explain how it is, so I will explain it this way. You know when you yawn and you get that pleasuring feeling that goes down through your throat into your longs and it your lungs fill up with air. When I yawn, I can't quite make it that far to fill up my lungs. It is like something is preventing it from filling up. I do get pains in my lungs sometimes.

Do I have something serious that may be causing my legs to twitch?
It seems to me like you might be experiencing restless legs syndrome. It's main symptoms is obviously, in the legs, usually the twitching, but also the need to move legs somewhat uncontrollably, and these symptoms are at their worst when you are laying down, sitting or being still. The other important thing is that this condition can be caused or linked to some medications (sometimes it happens in drug withdrawal and sometimes even in pregnancy) and ADD medications are on that list - that's why I have to ask which ones are you taking?
Okay, in the morning I take a Rexall Complete Vitamin. One 54mg tablet of Concerta and 1 36mg tablet of concerta, so a total of 90mg of concerta. I also take 1mg of sandos-risperidone risperidone (That is exactly what it says on the bottle). Lastly I take 20mg of Apo-Fluoxetine fluoxetine hcl which is a no name brand for Prozac.
Then at night I take 20mg of Apo-Fluoxetine fluoxetine hcl which is a no name brand for Prozac and 3 25mg tablets of apo-quetiapine quetiapine which is a total of 75mg of that pill. Then on school nights I also take 2 5mg tablets of Melatonin for a total of 10mg of that pill.
Hey, well - it's the medications. Combination of all these medications that have direct effect on your brain's chemistry. Not only are some of them capable of causing this type of uncontrollable muscle reactions by themselves (risperdone and quetiapine more than the others, but concerta and prozac contribute as well). But the combination of all these medications and in this doses (you are at maximum of concerta, for example) is what I think, to blame for twitching. Also, dry mouth, frequent urination, dizziness - all these are side effects from the medications (first two are because of the concerta, most likely, and dizziness can be caused both by risperdone and quetiapine). Have you talked with your doctor about any of these side effects at any point?
first of all you do not have a serious illness or sickness do not worry about it ok , Ive experienced the exact same symptoms you do , you basically have a Magnesium Chloride deficiency , just take it orally , buy the editable Salts , and in one liter of purified water non chloride , drop 30 grams and or 50 grams of Magnesium chloride , now the key is to have small dosages throughout the day , take a tequila shot measure and take 20 shots of magensium chloride every single day of your life , , you have to stop the sodas , caffeine , no more sugar , no more fast food , have to exercise every single day at least 30 minutes , also take potassium supplements at least 2,000 miligrams of potassium and buy Himalayan Sea Salt to take the , place 1/8 of TEAspoon under you tongue each day and let it dissolve, added to this you have to drink lots of water no chloride water , be patient takes time to recovery from magnesium defficency
Why do my legs move too fast for my body at certain times?
