I'm curious. Whats the difference really from sex and masturbation? Basically what I'm asking is what do you get from sex that you don't receive during mastubation? I'm asking because I'm a 28 virgin. Yes I'm 28. All of us have 1 goal. Orgasms!! When I think of sex, I think of having a family.
So again, Whats the difference really?
One more question. What would a lady think of a 28 year old virgin? Would she think hes crazy? or would she respect him for waiting?
Honestly I feel embarrassed even admitting this.

the difference is that for many masterbation is a private or a one person activity while sex is a give and take activity involving making your partner enjoy it. think of sex as christmas where your haappy from recieving a gift as well as seeing someone else be happy because of you while masterbation as giving yourself a gift. so physically it may be the same while mentally its much better.
about the virginity i think that if you met someone who likes you and you tell her that you wan sex to be something that you want to be special and mean something then i think shell respect your decision.

Skibum has done a good job trying to give you an example.
Masterbation is a solitary activity. It is rarely practiced with another present.
It's also a closed loop system. That means, it's great for teaching you what you like and enjoy, and how to pleasure yourself. But it doesn't include anyone else, and the feedback is lightning quick. You either like it, or you don't.
Sex with another is more complicated because it is a give and take. It takes a sensitivity to another's feelings, and reading your partner's arousal level. It involves telling your partner what you like, what you enjoy, what you want, and where you are at.
And, sex with another can build great feelings of dependency, respect, love, admiration, comfort, and superior excitement levels. Plus, you can be surprised by another... You have almost no chance of surprising yourself.
Hope this helps.

sex for most people is more about an emotional connection and intimacy as well as pleasure!
being a virgin at 28 is fine if thats a choice you made! most women would be glad you hadn't been round the houses and back again! be proud!

The difference between solo masturbation and sexual intercourse can be blurred. There is a saying that there are always two women when a man has sex. There is the one he is having it with and there is the other one in his thoughts. This is, I feel, an over simplification and by no means always true but there is the point that sex itself can be a form of masturbation depending on the thoughts of the participants. It could also be said that solo masturbation may actually mean having sex. For example, a man masturbating by cuddling a soft pillow and with a condom lubricated inside on his penis and possibly even looking at a photo of his loved one, can be effectively having sex with her. This is even more so if he sniffs her perfume on a garment or if he sniffs her dirty knickers if this is his choice.
I don't understand what this saying has to do with the topic at all.
Sex with another is about trust and feeling relaxed enough to share yourself with them.
Masturbation is also about pleasure, but it is a short circuit.... a loop where you get instant gratification and don't have to share yourself, your feelings or your fantasies with anyone else. In short, you don't need nobody.

Me and my girlfriend read this and she thinks it's sweet that ur waiting till u find the right girl but anyway the difference between masturbating and sex is that masturbating ur usely alone wen u masturbate so it's for ur own pleasure.sex u can share that pleasure with others but it depends which one u enjoy more though here is some advise on girls try to find a girl who is about the same age and shares the same personality as u alsoget to know each Other well before sex because u don't want to break up with her and soon after she pregnant so choOse carefully.
