? My last 2 periods have been unusually light with brown/dark red blood. Usually they are clotty and heavy for at least 3 days with brown spotting before and after.
But I had my period on the 10/01/10 and then again today the 19/01/10 and this time its bright red spotting with cramping (like ovulating cramps) the flow fills a medium panty liner?? Im not sure whats really going on here...they come on time just the flow is reduced and its brown blood instead of red and Im not even on the pill...Last tyime I was on the pill was 3 years ago? Im 30.
