The definite answer to your question is yes, you can get pregnant. He may have only one testicle but that one testicle produces millions of sperm. You need only one to fertilize the egg. You shouldn't worry as men with only one testicle have (produce) children all the time.
but my husbands two uncle has also only one testicle and he said that they r infertile. So m just wondering if it is hereditary.....and if his case is also the same.
If this is an inherited trait and you think he may be infertile like his family members, the thing to do is to have him see a Specialist. They are fertility doctors who will take a sperm sample from your husband to see if he is showing any live sperm. If his problem is mobility, they can help him fix it.
If he shows little sperm, they will help you fix that too. If the test shows no active sperm, there is not to much they can do and will render him sterile. You won't know for sure until you see someone.
All he has to do is jack off in a cup, that's all. Then they check it out under a microscope. Doctors will be able to tell you soon if he is able to produce or not. Good luck to you both.
