I heard many abortion clinics administer pills to shrink the uterus back after an abortion procedure, but I didn't receive any. I got an abortion at ~8 weeks along. Are pills needed to successfully shrink the uterus, or will it completely shrink back naturally? Or does the uterus never fully shrink back to pre-pregnant size after pregnancy?
