Interesting question. During a woman orgasm as you put it, she will feel good and various parts of her anatomy will start contracting. You will find that while some women can 'gush' out cum, some women cant even manage to ejeculate, but still have the amazing feelings, when i have sex i can ejeculate but when i masturbate on my own nothing happens.. it all depends on how the womens body works.
