During sexuly intercourse I noticed clot from my vagina on my boyfriends penis. It is whitish in color. I also noticed this clot on my panties. It has foul smell. What is this?

I think your problem is not to be solved over forum. Either this is fungus, smaller inflammation in vagina, STD ... and maybe some other option.
You will definitely have to go to a doctor, best is gynecologist, who will check you and get this clot tested in laboratory. Before the examination it is hard to say what exactly is wrong.
