Sperm don't squirt or drip; they swim! You probably mean semen (or seminal fluid). Semen contains sperm (usually). Also, squirting is more generally applied to female ejaculate.
Some males 'shoot' their semen out; some do not. It does not affect the ability to father children. Also, it does not determine virility. You are a perfectly normal male, and it doesn't matter how far, or how fast your seminal fluid exits.
