I have recently started to become sexually active with my boyfriend. He is the first guy I have ever had sex with. We had unprotected sex the first time in the beginning of the month and it lasted for around 1/1.5 hours. He didn't cum inside me though. And after that week I felt tired, couldn't sit down properly and there was bleeding from my vagina and I was assuming that it was because my hymen broke. I have mild pain when I peed but then I googled my symptoms and I assumed that it was just UTI. 

The next week we had sex again (this time with a condom) and it wasn't as painful as the last time. This time we had sex for almost the same time as it was before. It was a bit difficult for his penis to be inserted in my vagina as I feel like there is something on the vagina opening. Yet we went for it anyways.

After that week, I notice there was unusual vaginal discharge - yellowish with a smell but it didn't smell like fish, and I was tired all the time even if I have at least 8 hours of sleep. I also had diarrhea and some sorta muscle pain. But my vagina have always had this same smell and colour of discharge sometimes before I have started to become sexually active. But still I was worried that I might have herpes, gonorrhea and even HIV, HPV. I went for the self testing kit for gonorrhea/chlamydia and HIV, but I know the results may not be significant  because I have to let the antibodies to develop. But I am scared as hell that I might have one of these diseases which made me have trouble concentrating, sleeping and eating. 

Then this week I have notice something happened on my vagina. I feel that there was something tickling my genitals. And when I examine my vagina i saw and feel that there is a bump on the the opening of the vagina. And the shape of the vagina seems different than it was before I started to have sex. But that's all the symptoms I have had. I  do have thick vaginal discharge but probably because ovulation is in 3 days or so. Yet I am really worried about catching a STI/STD. 

My partner said he was clean and have checked months ago, but I am still worried. Could someone please help?
