Good afternoon. I got my xray results and it said: "IMPRESSION:SUSPICIOUS DENSITY,RIGTH APEX APICOLORDOTIC VIEW IS SUGGESTED GRANULOMA VS BONE ISLAND,RIGHT"

Could you please explain what this could mean? Thank you in advance for your reply

Xray result: Suspicious opacities are noted in left apical region and right upper lobe

The result of my xray is "suspicious densities in lower right"

Apicolordotic view, there is density on the right lung
