When you are dry it could cause you to have vaginal pain but not really hurt you when you pee. Have you been tested for STD's and any infections?
Why do you feel compelled to have sex when you're not in the mood? If you don't want to have sex, don't have sex. There's absolutely nothing wrong with someone not feeling turned on all the time, but there is something wrong if you feel like you must have sex purely because your boyfriend wants it.
