omg i have the exact same thing going on. irritation in the urethra, yellow puss coming out the tip, and red rash around the head of my penis. I just went and got tested for all STDs and im sure its gonna come back all negative. Its weird cause i used to take vitamin supplements as well and have been going to workout at the gym a alot. My sexual history has covered all forms of sexual activity with 4 men; I have had blow jobs, rimming, received @nal intercourse, given @nal intercourse, and dry humping.
I have been tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia twice, and HIV four times within 1 and a half years; all of them have come back clean (negative).

My boyfriend has a puss like discharge from his penis with pain urinating. I think he cheated on me. He swears he didnt but its accompanied by other red flag issues. I have those yellow substances that look like jelly in my sperm when I ejaculate, I remember having this "problem" for more than 10 years. I also have or had low sperm count with 8 mlns sperm (according to doctors I cannot have a child with this counts), actually "astheno oligospermia". Many of the "Doctors" diagnose me with Chronic Prostatitis, but none of the doctors found out the cause all this years.

After 1 month of taking this medicine my wife god pregnant, yeap pregant... I call the doctor and he said that Levitra is a causing Spermatogenesis and is improving sex life which this factors increased my sperm count. I couldnt believe it, guys I was crying from my happiness, and a big and old weight left from my shoulders, I was so relax from the moment that I learned that my wife got pregnant while we was in vacations, yeap someone may wonder how do you know is you child? okay we were together for 4 weeks alone everyday and always together, and yes the child after it was born it looks like me, a mini me Smile.
Is 1000000000% sure and confirmed that it increased my sperm count because after my wife got pregnant I went for sperm analysis and my counts were over 40mlns per ml, instead of 8 that was before.
I hate all that stress that this had caused me for more than 10 Years, which had a negative effect in my physical health. Stomach pains, gastro pains, auchenic problems due to stress, high blood presure, panic attacks, etc.

Ive had the same problem for a couple of years now and im only 16 i had sex for the first time this summer and this problem occured way before my sexual relationship. But ive noticed that it only happens after certain times of masturbation. Could it be that i am masturbating to hard? My penis will get irritated and inflated on the tip (btw ive read comments and it seems to just happen to guys who are uncut). Personally i think its that i am masturbating to hard because i will have it for like 4 days den itll leave and not come back for a month or two. I had the same thing and it was a yeast infection ... The girl I had sex with had a yeast infection ( I found this out later ). I thought I had caught something but what it is, is a yeast infection. I had a creamy pus type "stuff" coming out of the pee hole of my penis and it felt stingy when I took a piss. Scared me to death to be honest. Just know that if you have sex with a female that has a yeast infection, you can get it too.

He may have had sex with someone with a yeast infection. Or you could have had some type of an infection you didnt even know about and gave it to him. Guys can get a yeast infection just like a female but yes, you have to have intercourse for a male to get it. Honestly i dont think its a yeast infection because ive had diz even before i had sex. I think its caused by rough masturbation the penis might have gotten infected wen masturbating or cut. I dnt noe wat it is tho i need a doctor!!!
