So, I'm a 14 year old girl, and I was bathing my nether regions when I noticed these little white/yellow bumps on my labia. I don't know if this is normal, but I've read other people's posts saying that their doctor doesn't know what they are. That really scares me because I'm shy and don't really talk to people about these things. Does anybody know what they are..? I'm afraid it's an STI or STD, but I've never had sex or touched myself before..

These are small white or yellow lumps, 1-3mm in diameter on the labia minora. They are painless. They are slightly enlarged sebaceous(oil) glands, completely harmless. They often become more easily seen at puberty and with pregnancy and hormone treatment. They can occur on the penis in men too, but are not transmitted from person to person. You can find them in the lining of your mouth. They are a normal variant, and it is not known why they are more prominent in some people than others.

When you stretch you labia you will see a feel bumps. Every vagina does. They are normal. If they are on the outside lining of the entry way to the vagina or the immediate area including anus and itch hurt and burn when you rub them then it's probably 99% of the time warts/herpes

I literally have the exact same thing and it really freaks me out. The yellowish spots are on both sides, and the outer and inner labia. I've never had sex so I don't think it could be and STD or and STI unless I got it from my mom. I'm 13 and it'd be pretty weird to go to the doctor about it.
