Hey,
I would like to have some advice from someone that has tried this! I am constantly reading in magazines about this Anne Collins diet, what a success it is etc. I have been on diets for twenty years now Smile and can’t seem to find the right answer for me. Is Anne Collins the one?
Thanks for advice!

Hello there,
Anne Collins is a doctor, I think. I tried her diet and am still on it Smile It’s great! I read some reviews before joining to hers programme. Her programme is on line which is great.
Anne Collins diet starts with 28 day start. The diet plans are very easy to follow and are not complicated. The diet isn’t focused on starving yourself but on modification of eating habits on the long run. My contribution is modification of life style. Anne Collins diet isn’t so much focused on exercising, which is the first thing I started missing on her diet. She firstly recommends adjustment of eating habits and then, after a while, inclosing active exercise. I did both at the same time. Since birth of my second son, I gained too much weight and couldn’t loose it. Now I am satisfied with my figure, but I didn’t build it overnight. You must understand that there is no quick and easy way.
Considering the food itself, it’s great! Daily calorie intake is between 1200 and 3000. Me and my family are never hungry and we eat almost the same food as before and! Even fast food is allowed!
Maybe Anne Collins diet is the right answer for you. Unless you try it, you can’t know that. I truthfully recommend it! Good luck!

I'm a member too of the Anne Collins Diet Program and I think it's great. I use her forum all the time. I've dropped 2 dress sizes already and I expect to hit my target before Christmas.
