Healthy food, not junk food. It will help your body going through puberty. I wouldn't worry too much about your height right now. I used to be about the shortest in my class and ended up being about the tallest. I recall a freind of mine being like that too. Used to call him half-pint. How tall are your parents? Got any tall folks on either side of the family. Only blood relatives, not people married in.
My mother is not that tall she is 163 cm tall but my father is tall he is 180 cm tall but compared to my big brother when he was at my age he was taller than my height now
