I'm turning 15 in 2 weeks and have no signs of puberty. Last time I went to pediatrician she said I wasn't stage 1 yet. I currently have stubble under arm that is clear. A few black hairs above penis and only 2 1/2 inches erect. Father said he "matured" at age 12.

people develop at different stages you just have to wait.
You need another peditrician. You're at stage 2.
Hey Grayster, Google tanner stages boys and see about where you fit in. It won't be exact but it's a basic guideline. Then tell your doc to get another job. How did she miss that?
i am 15 and i only had a few black hairs about 3 months ago and now it is like a bloody jungle down there, just wait buddy :)
