Hello, I am a 14 year old boy who needs a weight loss program. I need to lose a lot of weight because when I am 18 I am leaving home and joining the army. I am 195 pounds I know its a lot but it helps for my rugby :) I am currently in a rugby team. It is the end of the season so we will be doing a lot of fitness work so I am fine for fitness it is just the eating part I am concerned of. I am literally addicted to eating some foods, sometimes when I come in from school I have the urge to get some chocolate and over fatty foods. If someone can make me a healthy eating program will be very thankful. I am wanting to lose 30-40 pounds.

Hi Jamhal,

Focus on what you eat for now.  Make sure it is a well balanced diet.

A few chocolates once in a while are OK, don't eat the box.

If you're playing rugby you should be burning a lot of calories.

Remember too, your young.  As you get older your body is going to change more, likely what you see as fat will become more muscle.  The more muscular you are the more calories you burn.
