Hey Guys im 15 and recently i have had my first ejaculation and also have a little bit of hair around the penis and no hair under my arms just little spikes but my penis is still small its around 4.5 inch erect and was wondering why it hasnt grown

The average length for an erect penis of a 15yr old is 5" so your just about under. some people just naturally have a slightly smaller penis then others too. wait a while until you stop growing (age 19-20) and then see :) your just starting puberty it sounds like since you've got no hair basically anywhere so once you get farther in, then it will start growing.
