I am 15 years old and to give you an idea of generally where I am in puberty, I took a tanner stage test and got 3.3.
My penis is 7.5 inches long (I measures along the top) but about just 4.1-.2 inches in girth. I'm mostly worried about it's girth, it's thin. Will it get longer/thicker? Thanks

It might get longer/thicker. Your penis can grow into your 20's.
You are above average length for an adult male, 5 - 5 1/2" so who knows.
