I've never found normal masturbating (using your hand up and down) to feel good, and at this point, it's not even pleasurable. I get wet dreams but only with lots of precum, and I've never produced any semen.
I can watch porn and I'll get an erection/precum, but never any sign of semen. I don't enjoy using my hand up and down on my penis, either. Because of that, I guess I've never really vigorously tried to cum, because doing that isn't pleasurable.

Tell your parents and say that you're having penis troubles
Try using vegetable oil or a sticky lotion on your penis and hand. Rather than rubbing your shaft try just gently teasing the cockhead until you find it pleasurable. You may find warming it slightly helps or some soft slinky fabric rubbed against your penis may be the trigger for your first proper ejaculation.
If none of those things works find yourself a girlfriend (or boyfriend) who is willing to give you some stimulation with their mouth.
