17 AND NOT READY FOR PREGNANCY!

On the last day of my period (well I'm on the pill and it was the day after the placebo and the first pill of the new pack(Which i take at night but this all happened in the morning)) I had "intercourse".. well i wouldn't say completely sex, but we were playing around and he put it in my for like 5 seconds and I pulled away because he did not have a condom on. I'm pretty sure he did not ejaculate. But and i know that you can definitely getpregnant from pre-cum. Iv been freaking and stressing about the chances that im pregnant for 3 days! (at this very moment im shaking) i dont really have anyone to go to about this (including a doctor). and i understand that i could take a pregnancy test. but since this was so recent i have to wait 3 more weeks untill i can test. AND it might be to late to do something about it by the time i take the test and its positive! and its been 2 days after my "period" had finished and im getting dark/light brown spotting in my discharge, bloating, stomach pains, and back pains, and feel sick especially in the mornings. Im extremely terrified, which might explain some of those symptoms. I KNOW that my fear that i am pregnant can make these symptoms happen... but i just want to be reassured of the chances of my being pregnant. It would make me feel so much better!

AND

PS. i hear a lot about people getting prego from pre-cum and how ovulating can occur mediately after stopping the pill (i know im protected for the 7 placebo days) but it was like the 8th day? because it was before i took the new pill of the new pack.

PPS. I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BE DOING THESE THINGS IF IM NOT READY FOR PREGNANCY!
